More Smiling

Shannon was talking to Micah and he was really enjoying it! He was smiling a ton and I was able to snap this shot of him. You can even see the dimple on his left cheek (same as his daddy....YES!).

First Smile Picture! (sort of)

Here are the latest pictures of Micah. Today Shannon finally caught him smiling on camera. He smiles a lot when he sleeps, but we can never seem to snap the camera while he is doing it. This is more of a smirk....but I still think it qualifies.

Shannon and Micah are currently asleep, so I thought I would take this opportunity to post some more pictures of the kiddo. Thank you to everyone for the phone calls, text messages, meals, visits, and love.

First Walk

We just took Micah for his first walk. He slept through the whole thing, which was fine with us. There was some excitement along the way, as a careless dog owner let her agressive dog off its leash and it was roaming around us for quite some time. It even nipped at sweet little Maggie girl (our Labrador). After some choice words with the owner, she finally got the dog under control and we enjoyed the rest of the time. Seriously though, I don't get these people. I imagine these are the same type of fools that think their pitbull is harmless and it ends up tearing some poor kid's face off. Anyway, here are some pics from the walk and others from this week. Babymoon =Seattle!!

We took our last trip as just Brett and Shannon. It was wonderful to get away and we really valued the time spent together.
